★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time here looking for fresh or cheap fishes. Its cheaper and fresher in Pasir Penambang. Only leftover seafood available for sale it seems. Bagan Pasir is filthy and the entire village stinks. Hygiene level in the restaurants here are questionable. Car parks limited too. You will be disappointed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can expect to receive top-notch service here. Look out for a lady by the name of Angel. She would serve according to your needs with some helpful cooking recommendations. She is honest and reasonable on pricing.
One little tip is don't open up the fish gills to check for freshness. They forbid this act. They assure us the seafood is all fresh catching and indeed, it is.
