★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a few wet markets in Putrajaya but somehow there is not much choice as the goods are not as fresh as I would like. Pasar P8 is one such place. There is really basic produce and it is a small market.
At times, the place is congested and smell really bad, as if there are some dead animals. The stench was so bad on one of my visits there, that I left without buying anything. The santan kiosks are the best as they sell shredded santan and santan milk freshly produced. The fish and poultry are just okay and sometimes sell almost expired products. It all depends on the day and normally during the weekeds are when new products are brought in. But during this Covid 19 pandemic, I prefer to go during weekdays as less people are in the market.
I hope the authorities keep monitoring the market to keep it clean and ensure only fresh produce are sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in Putrajaya to stock up your fresh produce, poultry, seafood and fruits. Reasonable price, well organized and clean. You can get breakfast meal like nasi lemak bungkus and kuih muih too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable local cuisine, fresh fruits, clothings, snacks, dates, brownies & cakes, vegetables & farm products, raw seafood, clothings, kitchen appliances and other daily items. Carpark space is also plenty. Local ATMs are within 100 metres or less. Very ideal.
