★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying fresh produce like fish, chicken, prawns, and cuttlefish is convenient compared to other places I've ever been to. But choose your time wisely. I prefer to go here during weekdays than the weekend because of how crowded it could be during that time. Plus the waiting time at the cashier. Though it has a bunch of necessary households stuff, I do feel it could be improved in that sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is reasonable, but I noticed many of their staffs are rude... Answer back customers. (more on local workers). This should be improved. I wonder have they been told about the manners. Demerit system should be implemented for this kind of staffs, since by looking at the review, seems like this is a common comment from the customers. Admin should improve on this. Disheartening only.!! Should have suggestion box for customer to feed back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not open the counter at max capacity during critical time. Most of the customer need to wait almost 1 hour long to wait for their turn. Billion should re-considerate how to manage the customer during critical time.
