โ โ โ โ โ Bought 3 packs of Kawan puff pastry online on tuesday, paid delivery fees Rm8, found the product was rotten with mold growing pattern on the pastry. Requested for exchange but Rakan required I arrange delivery at own cost for send back and resend. That means 3 times of delivery fees Rm8x3 for 3 packs of Rm3.99.
Very bad experience for online purchase. They are obviously lack of experience in handling online sale, as i guess the product might hv been spoilted during delivery process by high temperature .
Also, very irresponsible. Disappointing.
**Received calls from Rakananda to resend the 3 packs pastry 2 hours after posted this review.

โ โ โ โ โ Rakan is such a great store. We buy herbs and spices here, cheese (when they have it) dried fruit and nuts, cooking ingredients, and they have a really wide range of plastic containers and cooking utensils. Well worth a visit.
