Please take note after you purchased a car from there, do not trust win yourself RM100 if you rate 10/10, it’s just a marketing, mostly will not get it after rate as they want to do this trick for their own good rating

This is 1st time service in this centre. Warm welcome frm Ms Adlina, I was very pleased with the way she approached me. She explained everything patiently and cleared my doubts amicably. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied was the duration for the service was too long, I came around 3pm and my car was ready only around 6.20pm....super slow service! Moreover, the service was incomplete as I have to bring back my car for the 2nd time. According to them, they need more time to check. Overall I'm satisfied and would love to give 5 star if not for the waiting time... Kudos to Ms Adlina for her service! Thank you!

Updated: please look into my case seriously and follow up. I am tired of hearing standard answer claim that puncak merak never request spare part through email from proton HQ. Hi proton, i want to make complaint to your puncak marak branch where my car x70 go into your service center for 5months and almost 6months. Till now still told me same story again and again no chipset of 360 camera.. you need me to let me wait for how long. As customer we very upset because everytime we call to puncak marak keep told no chipset how to wait have to wait. And at once puncak marak staff ask us to make settlements of Rm5k+ and get car back for drive first, got chipset we will inform.. For this we totally cannot accept because you are not get my car done and ask me pay full and keep waiting When we call to proton hq to ask why till now no chipset, they said already email to puncak marak branch 3 times and no response. Puncak marak staff said no email receive for chipset request. As customer we do not want to know what happen with your internal ??? and i just want my car done Please look into my complaint and i want it done soonest possible, 6 months, not 6days. What you will feel if you are me???????

Mechanic 2/5 - Changed time belt and belt came out in next 2 day, had to send it back to service centre to fix it. 5. Branch manager 2/5 - Relies on the staff unable to provide clear resolution for issues, referring to the particular manager. Had better experience with other manager.

Service was quite smooth. No unnecessary waiting. Came to place as arrange during appointments and they start to service my car right afyer doing the paperworks. My 20k service took less than 2 hours.

Very terrible experience considering this is the third time going to Puncak Merak to service my X70, first time was to show an issue on the Touch screen that was supposed to claim warranty after car collection as the unit has a long line of dead pixel but was told by the service manager to better drive the car to Proton HQ to fix as they deflick the issue on our first time servicing with Puncak Merak, isn't all proton centre able to fix anything? NO PROFESSIONALISM. 2nd time servicing was smooth. 3rd time servicing here left with a BAD impression as, 1. - items that was serviced should be returned back to owner for inspection to prove that the service of the original item in the car has made. This was done nicely for Atiara Puchong with their excellent service and follow ups. 2. - On our Third service with Puncak Merak, we discovered the engine oil cap was left open and placed on the top left of the engine cover without us realizing it and engine oil spilled out from the opened cover for 3days! It was dangerous as we did not realize until the third day there was spillage of oil on the floor and our aircond was contaminated with oil smell as well! The car's engine potentially could have overheat and damage due to the lack of engine oil and the spillage was all over the engine cover and the heat sponge on the cover which leaves a bad stench now due to oil spilled out from the opened cover engine oil socket. We did not drive back to puncak merah as my residence is in Puchong, so we head to Atiara in Puchong to rectify the problem as soon as we discovered the oil spillage! Again they did a better job than Puncak Merak! We asked atiara to rectify the problem and paid for an extra 1L to fix the problem your centre had created! The bill to this latest service was hefty as well , yet gave us headache and the engine is still oily from the spillage. This car is only one year old and hopefully this matter did not do any damages to the car's system. Would be the last time going to Puncak Merak for a service. Filled in their customer service feedback form and until now still no apologies whatsoever.
