★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, I don’t speak and I don’t understand Bahasa but my transaction with the black shirt staff who took my order was okay. (That’s what I thought)
But what is the most disappointing thing is, when I am looking for cakes cause I want to add on, I heard the staff who took my order that he’s telling inside the kitchen with his colleagues the story of our conversation loudly and he’s laughing.
It’s very inappropriate, unprofessional and rude for him to do that. I hope Pasta Panas management train their staffs properly and teach them proper ETIQUETTE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered this through food delivery, whenever I feel like having a quick, delicious and filling meal. I always opt for the spicy pasta option (reminds me of home cooked Malaysianised spicy pastas), and the heat is well balanced with the tomato and cheesy sauce. I always order extra beef topping as they always give generous portions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasta Panas has the best mac and cheese! Super cheesy with plenty of beef strips. The carbonara has a strong garlic taste, garlic lover out there would enjoy it. Definitely love to try everything on the menu next time. Really nice decorations, a cozy place to just chill with family and friends, and the crew members were really friendly.

We truly understand you have bunch of orders, you should solve or think about it. In the cafe there are only 3 couples & you take 30minutes complete our orders? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time tried it here and it's a nice experience. We bought Carbonara Chicken and Mac & Cheese and we loved it! Before that I ordered Nasi Goreng Bendahara - Chicken (Nasi Goreng Merah) but kinda disappointed. It's not in red color and taste like nasi goreng ikan masin only. Overall we like everything here, a cozy place. Waiter is nice also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before this, I had always ordered their pastas through food delivery app and was never disappointed. Their pastas taste delicious every single time. Don’t be fooled by the paper box because the portion is just right for a fulfilling meal.
I decided to dine-in for dinner with friends on a weekday. The place was empty with only my group as the customers. It was clean and the interior is really beautiful and perfect for pictures. The cashier was really nice at explaining and recommending the different menu to my friends as they had never eaten there. Once we ordered, it didn’t take long for the food to arrive (~15 minutes for 4 pastas). We had mac & cheese, carbonara, aglio olio and chili mac. Price is suitable with the portion and quality of the food. Really recommend trying their pasta!
