Then I asked if the printing computer had internet access, she kept saying yes, but the internet fee of more than two ringgits per hour was also added!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you already told her you want black n white printing, but then she ask u to do it by yourself without proper instruction, and you dont know the setting, your paper turn into color printing and she ask to pay. Lucky she gave discount. First thing first, you should explain to customer the step for black n white printing if you want customer to do by her/himself, because your customer dont know ur printing setting. Quite hot, and only cash services
