★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boss is hard of hearing. He posted notice of his difficulty in hearing on the wall. Customer has to speak louder for him to hear. But this doesn't stop him from providing best service he could.
I arrive quite late, 15mins before shop close. But boss still accepts me and takes time to serve me patiently. He is particular about taking good photo, and helped to touch up. Really appreciate his effort and working over time. Those who rated this boss negatively should take time and patience in understanding others difficulties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Photographer has hard of hearing. He posted a notice of his hearing difficulty on the wall as well. Nonetheless, he delivers great service and photos!
He is experienced, will take time to advice and help edit your photos to the dimensions required (passport, I'd, visa all require different photo dimensions). Free photo edit and touch ups as well.
Overall a good experience. Appreciate his effort and attitude towards work. Will repeat service if needed!
