★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy worst pathlab We had encountered as it caused my hubby hand swollen after the blood extract,please get one good prof to extract the blood before putting more trauma on the customers, instead of knowing more of my health conditions the customers was being stressed by the swolleness n the tightness of the muscle...Never ever step onto this pathlab...the one who take blood guess is not prof at all.. young ldy... Dnt put people’s life at risk.. look onto this matter seriously, will check with the doctor what’s happening...Is already 4 days still swollen doc said the vein is perforated n caused internal bleeding and made the hand n arm swollen Hope everything is ok he is still taking Nsaid, now if we can post photos will surely post here...Put one star Is because no 0 ⭐️ here... is really nightmares...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate with 0 star, I WOULD. So i bought a fave voucher for my bf on General Health Screening which would be expired on 15/11/19. But since he cant make it before the date, I called pathlab sg petani to ask whether he can come on the 16/11 for health screening and the staff take the redemption number on the 15/11. I have done this before with pathlab usj subang jaya and they said can. They are very polite and toleratable. BUT THE STAFF ON PATHLAB SP WAS VERY RUDE. SHE'S A CHINESE FEMALE. I called at 4.21pm on 15/11. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF SHOULD KICK HER OUT OF THE LAB OR SOMETHING. SHE IS VERY RUDE. That is not how you treat a patient or customer. May she live in misery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a platinum package for my family. Mum's report showed H.Pylori positive. I called the pathlab, the staff said the patient just need to show the report to the doctor and get the H.P. antibiotic from the doctor, after finish the complete course of H.P. anitibiotic please return to the lab as soon as possible to do the Urea Breath test. I have asked if the Urea Breath test is free. The staff answer yes, dont need to pay additional cost. Once my mum finished the complete course of H.P. antibiotic, we have been told by Pathlab staff my mum cannot get the test done, could only get it done 3 months later as she just completed her H.P. antibiotic. We also have been told we have to pay the extra RM320 -20% discount for the Urea Breath test. The statements are not aligned and not professional. Why we have been told it is free and came back as soon as the patient finished the antibiotic? why now we have been told we are not allowed to do the test and have to wait for 3 months later? and why now have to pay additional RM320 - 20%?? Very disappointed with the service, it is so unprofessional. now we have to seek another professional advise and cost additional money for us. Pathlab is SUCK!! Pathlab is unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I plan to perform complete profile blood test at this PATHLAB based on my family doctor suggestions as is cheaper here.
After reading mostly unfavorable reviews updated here , I think I better do my blood test at more established hospital, even at a higher price; NOT trying to save few hundred$ BUT risk my life here unnecessary!!

Not everyone study medicine so please kindly explain to the regular people if they are asking about something, I'm sure it won't cause you any harm to answer few questions nicely. Being rude will never reflect your intellegence. Maybe you were having a bad day I get it, but you never knew that the client might also had a bad day or even worst but still manage to stay calm and tolerate with your temper. Apart from that, thank you for your service. For those who are reading this, I suggest not to put this place as your first option. Have a nice day.
