โ โ โ โ โ Very bad as their business hours are not as what they indicated on the website. Website put open 7.30am till 5pm but when I reach at 7.15am to do just simple blood test they are still closed and when I ask a lady clerk when she arrive she told me that they only start at 8am. BP lab pls do update your latest business hours to avoid ppl from waiting and also fasting for so long & yet we need to wait till 8am for u to open up. Furthermore there is no seating area for old ppl to sit and wait. Pls make some changes if you want to sustain the business.???

โ โ โ โ โ Went for PCR test. Reached at 8.25am, more than 10 people were in the queue. My test completed at 9.20am. Very easy and efficient. An Indian Rela uncle was very helpful and response quickly when we ask questions. My flight at 8.35pm to US, I received the result at 12.30pm. The best!

โ โ โ โ โ OK English-speaking travelers listen up!! This is Malaysia not London. Things work differently here and The Times are not static they may or may not give you a piece of artist they may or may not have a technician they may or may not be open. Don't try to call them if the phone is actually connected they still won't answer it. Plan ahead and make the right choice no matter which clinic you go to you will get this sort sort of result. This is Malaysia.Things run at a different pace here and they don't give a flying F about you. They don't need your money they don't care about you. Make your plans in advance and cross your fingers that's the best you can do here.

โ โ โ โ โ I've seen many of the harsh reviews. That was not my experience early April 2022. We checked a couple of weeks before and were advised to come down between 08:30 and 11:00 the day before our flight. Arrived 08:20 to a short line perhaps 8 persons after about 20 minutes got to the front, showed our documents, paid the fee and walked around to the test place. A couple of minuted then we were swabbed and done to go breakfast whole thing took maybe 45 minutes from arrival to departure. Results were promised by next day, we got our emails late evening of same day.

โ โ โ โ โ The Que is so long. Even though I registered and paid online Iโm asked to stay in the que with those havenโt. Recommended to walk in and register whenever u feel free on the spot as it makes no different to pay in advance.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience. Same que registration process back in Nov & now more borders open yet ONLY 1 counter! Standing zigzag que for 2hrs. Eat before que to avoid collapsing under the humidity & standing too long. Inhumaneโฆ Maximizing profit in times of pandemic.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for covid test at 8am opening time. Did not open the reception window until 8:20am. If you were a walk in there is a code to scan to register. This was not made very apparent. For seniors there were no seats and when waiting to be attended to we were made to stand next to a smelly drain and a venting air conditioning compressor. When it was my turn to be seen I offered morning greetings to the nurse and was totally ignored. Compared to the government vaccination centres which are very efficient and friendly this establishment deserves a minus rating. Captive audience I suppose.

โ โ โ โ โ Total Chaos. No system and registration processing horrible long . Each patient take approximately 10 minutes to register and the queue usually at least 50 in front of you . The only thing that very efficient is online registration and payment process . Social distancing forget it as all bottle neck .
