★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in Saturday morning without booking (visited years ago and they told me that the reservation was unnecessary).
Even though without booking, the whole process only took less than 1 hour including the queueing.
Would like to recommend to make a reservation.
Overall the service is good and very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and efficient in taking blood test without any pain at all compare others government or private hospital. Came in at 8:10 am without appointment but still entertain me and completed within 30 minutes only.

I had made an appointment at 10.30am but they made me wait until 11.20am, the receptionist was very rude and arrogant, she tore my form up in front of my face when i declined to take their service. NO MANNERS AND NO RESPECT! RUDE AND ARROGANT TO A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and efficient service in accordance to the SOP guideline. Strongly suggest to make an appointment in advance to avoid any delays and inconvenience. Front desk was friendly and provide suggestive offer on the available packages. Blood test progress was quick and fluent. Keep it up! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont be deceived, they are no longer at this address, moved to somewhere else which they do not bother to update on google maps, only a flimsy banner on the old site which I dont bother to find because I am gonna miss my appointment anyway trying to look for it, with their 10 minutes timeframe for each appointment for healthscreen. I booked another appointment at their rival lab just to give them a lesson on their inefficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went great except for the staff (A middle-aged women) who help me to draw blood. I m not sure if she really focus on her work or what...the moment she poke through my arm, I felt a strong shocking pain on my whole arm...from elbow to thumb. She did said sorry to me, but this made my wrist pain & cramp for 2 weeks and still ongoing for gods know how long. I've inform them about this incident, but they could not do anything for me...just advised me to ease the pain & cramp with warm pad. So if you planning to do blood test over there, good luck on that!!
P.S : The guy who attended me in the morning and the girl who help to explain my report were good though.

The place is very new, and since we were the only one there, so the procedure was done quickly. I’ve requested the results to be sent to me via email which I got after 3 days.
Now they have blood test promo RM99 for basic 57 test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here to collect health reports for my family members. It was definitely a good experience for me being explained in details by Sharvin. And I was able to ask some questions and being further discuss with Sharvin with his patience and passion.
I took their package for health screening that can use up to 4pax to be claimed in 3years.
