★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has definitely been brought to more life compare to many years ago. The inclusion of a Korean Cafe and My Chinois Chinese restaurant adds convenience to getting yourself something to eat, and with pedestrian roads leading to both 1Mk and Solaris makes this area ideal to stay in in Mont Kiara.
However, the guards over at MK10 do not really bother informing or enforcing the apartments rules about not parking near the tree's to the left of the roundabout. That area is usually filled with runners and pedestrians, and for drivers coming into Mk10, it makes the drive in difficult as you may not know whether the driver in front of you is slowing down to park or go into the aparment.

2020 Update:
Been here for 6 years. The place has gone down the drain. The management are incompetent morons and there is no maintenance whatsoever. Every time there is a water disruption, this apartment is the only place in mont Kiara which goes completely dry for days. Do not recommend. Don’t rent, don’t buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condominiums in serene surroundings. Securely gated Community providing a safe environment. Traffic at times to get there is insane which makes it often tedious to get in and out of the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, nice condos, pool is fantastic. Only thing I don't like is how one special guard (they call him the "boss") talks to residents in a very disrespectful manner. Besides that he just spits into the greenery. I don't want to be told when I have to go to my apartment or how long I am allowed to stay by the pool (just sitting there, being quiet). He doesn't need to tell me to switch off the light in the book club when all I wanted is for him to switch on the air conditioning. He ruined a beautiful stay.
