โ โ โ โ โ Not so good. Very inexperienced groomers. Only good in making the dog bald botak. No style in cutting dog hair. I'm not saying they did something that we didn't agree and simply cut the fur, just saying no extra skills. And it's our choice to review what we feel, don't get sensitive like a 5 year old girl :) their skills shine when they get a chance to bald the dog, and anyone could do that themselves with a trimmer at home. First and last coming here, good customer service but bad grooming skills. Go further in and there is q pets and petz mania with much more skill full groomers. Good luck with telling people to address concerns to management when u can even take a review here :) and I think all the good reviews here are ur friends hahahaha pet shop owners don't have anything good to say about this establishment and I can tell why from ur reply to thus review.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't understand why are the ratings of this store so high. I brought my dog over and he came home extremely depressed. He is a very cheerful dog but after grooming in this place, he just hide under the table and corners. Until one day we notice there is a cut near his nose.
I don't understand why the staff never tell us about it. When I pick up my dog, they just show me unpleasant faces claiming that my dog is naughty. My dog being naughty is one thing but they should still be honest when they leave a cut near his nose.
Now the cut is much better (previously that part is bald) but scar can still be seen. I will never visit this store again and I do not recommend anyone to visit here.

โ โ โ โ โ Took my baby to Paws Pet for grooming Was glad they were able to accommodate me at the very last min. I was very apprehensive as I have read some reviews but I believe in giving them a try. I am glad I did. Groomer were of calm nature and didn't rush thru their work. Especially when it's my boy's first time, it was important that they took time to get acquainted with him. Shop sells pretty much everything from pet's food, treats, toys, accessories. I like this location as it is not at the busy side and as such I can get a parking space..
