My first visit to Pawawerks auto garage, had my Mazda 3 serviced & checked. Overall great experience and would definitely be back again for my next service. Nelson took the time to explain and assist me to sort out some minor noises that I was experiencing with my Mazda3. Great experience and keep up the good work.

Was informed about this workshop by a friend who saw them on FB. Thought to myself, wow good to have a Mazda specialist so close to home finally Initially went to this workshop to get my radiator top cover changed for my Mazda 8 MPV. Sent a message to the owner, Nelson to get a quote and was given a certain price. A week later decided to send the car off for them to get it fixed. Received a message from Nelson not long after that on the price of the repair, which was quite a lot more than initially quoted (1st red flag). Still decided to proceed since the car was already there and was quite near to my home. Of cos, there are cheaper places but didn’t want to spend lots of time driving to and fro the workshop. After removing the radiator, was told that the cover has been changed before, hence better to change to new radiator. After thinking for a bit, decided to proceed since precaution is better than cure. Went to pick up the car at 6+ PM but the car was still not ready. Fine, will just wait. After installing the radiator, the mechanic working on the car was finishing up and poured tap water into the radiator, and coolant into the reserve tank (2nd red flag). When asked, the boss Nelson says this is a normal practise and the coolant from the reserve tank will flow over to the radiator. Wow, who are you trying to fool? The day after the radiator job, the transmission started jerking and the slipping very near to home so decided to just drive it back. Once home, noticed burning smell and lots of ATF on the floor of the porch. When asked, Nelson claims that they didn’t touch anything to do with the transmission. Even a layman would know that the auto transmission is cooled by the radiator. There are hoses flowing ATF into the radiator for cooling purposes After towing to the workshop and inspecting, it was found that the hose has a cut on it. No prize for guessing why. Impossible to accuse them of negligence cos it’s hard to prove. Wasted good money on new ATF. Gbox is blown. Cost to repair? RM3k They do not want to admit responsibility but offered to restore the gbox for a cheaper price. No way am I ever going near this shop again Caveat emptor. Shop probably good for oil changes and minor repairs. The failure to properly carry out a simple radiator job caused immense damage to the transmission

My 2nd visit replaced few parts ( absorbers , engine mount, absorber links, spark plug ) for my 8 years drive - mazda 3. So far so good. Look at my engine so clean like new one. ? Highly recommended! ??????

Specialist for Mazda Car (& others too) ? Solved my car’s problem-abnormal sound when driving on uneven road-changed suspension and lower arm. Changed my tail lamp & fog light. They have carwash too! Will definitely come again for future maintenance. Thanks Nelson and the team!

One of the best places to service your Mazda. They offer free snacks and drinks in a comfortable waiting room. Nelson was very friendly and is definitely honest when it comes to the pricing and problems with the car. Service was done immediately and I got my car back within the same day. Side note : Wanted to wash my car after service, but they cleaned and washed my car for free. A very happy customer ??
