Bad service, long waiting time, charges a lot, government said either do test at home or at club, but they insist to do test on the spot because they want to earn money, in short: don’t visit this club

The staff is rude. They act like a gangster. They don’t care that you are a customer or you pay them. Low class club ever. The song make me stand still, can’t even dance.

Bad service ever had.. Event We have left beer, but need minimum spend RM 50 per person. That fine, but no service at all... never go again.

Firstly, I want to say that the staffs (waiters, manager, securities) attitude are so bad and rude. We came last week and had ordered vodka. After that, we went to the dancing floor and we asked security that we will be coming back to this table and we just left our drinks and personal belonging things at our table. Once we came back from the dancing floor, they replaced some people to our table and all our ordered drinks had been gone, they even kept such as our cigarettes, foods, soft drinks and alcohol. So we asked security near our table, he said he does not know. He asked to waiters, they ignored and were acting like they are so busy. After that we complained to the manager Chinese tall guy, he said he will find our stuffs, after that they disappeared. And then he just didn’t care and not even said sorry. Totally ignored and didn’t take any responsible even though he is a manager. We still left our half bottle of alcohol and we paid for more than 500 rm for that drinks. If they can’t return back our things, at least apologize to us. We didn’t expect to return all our stuffs, but at least be nice to customers. ———————————— Yesterday, we went again to here. The staff who is wearing glasses at the entrance, his attitude is so bad. He just does not care to us. They know that we are foreigners and act like we can’t afford to go in here. They only care Chinese customers and treated well. I feel like this club is so racist. Yes, we are foreigners and we can afford equally with local Chinese people. At least treat people equally. Once we reached there, that guy said we all need to pay 150 rm for per pax and we are totally fine for that. We just wanted to enjoy and we don’t care that amount. But he calculated for all of us and he said this amount and asked me to pay at the entrance. This is damn bad. Nobody paid at the entrance and only needs to pay inside when we ordered the drinks and we know it very well. But he was acting like we won’t afford that amount and we can’t settle it. After that, we asked something and he just totally didn’t care and only talked to Chinese customers. Now I know the reason why this club only has Chinese people, not other foreigners nor Malay people because this club is so racist. We decided not to come this club anymore. Whenever we went there, we were not happy and its ruined our Friday night moods. We had been treated as trash ever. After all, I read all the reviews (even from local Chinese people), I can see that those reviews are bad as well. All staffs should train and change properly their manners and attitude. I have no idea why the management team never investigate how it is going on.
