★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spinning classes called flyride are amazing, burn burn burn! Bring many friends and they love it. They continue the classes after the first time. Joined Strength classes a few times in 2019 the classes were ok only but 2020 seems better. Friendly staff and the place is always improving hence 5 stars are given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get your sweat out after work. Great energy from the instructor too. Near MRT and even parking rate is acceptable (RM5 Flat rate after 5PM).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tech for the website and app is not. It's slow, buggy, not well optimised and recently it booked me in for a class I wasn't even looking at??! Nor had I ever attended that type of class before.
No response from the team when I asked for tech support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the workout. My trainer Koena was nice and accomodating to me. Everyone was nice but there was no information on Instagram or something like that for me to get in touch to them which really stressed me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance is spacious. The waiting room is not. The flycycle room has only 1 entrance/exit. From the lockers to the toilet kinda cramped. Only 1 female toilet,the rest are all shower stalls
