Front desk was very friendly during my visit. Has adequate range of equipment. However I did feel the place lacked a sense of community. No one seemed to know each other and in their own world. This is all good if you want to be in a gym and be alone. However I do think it would be beneficial for the gym to adopt some changes to make members feel like they were part of a community when they came to workout everyday.

Just did a three day free trial. Found all the staff friendly and helpful. Huge space, lots of machines, very clean. Will sign up for a membership.

Its is not t best like I heard.. notg is t best in Penang anyway? T gym seems like never upgrade anytg, few machine breakdown since I joined & more now they have left to root?Few leg machine only . 1 leg press type only?abs machine-none.Not worth it with t fees. They should decreese t fees due to t gym level. No speciallity for members such parking discount etc since it is inside t mall. Staff is so friendly thats t good part only. Joined blindly ??‍♀️

First off the gym is fantastic. It has got new and well maintained equipments. I gave this gym 1 star because I was really, really put off by the haggling and constant pestering by the sales girl. I recently signed up for a 3 day free trial. On day 1 I was introduced to Ms Sanaa. I told her I couldn’t talk to her on day 1 (Thursday) and day 2 of the trial because I had to rush off somewhere but I was willing to sit down on day 3 (which was a weekend) to hear abt the deals and packages. She texted me on day 2 wanting to know when I would be coming in and when I didn’t reply, she called. Like.. can’t I just drop by when I am free? And there is a reason why people don’t reply you immediately. It’s because they are busy!! I really do understand the need to make the sales but such haggling is really off putting. The whole point of a 3 day free trial is for your potential customer to experience whatever your gym has to offer and feel comfortable without any pressure right? Seems like you guys are just focused on making the sales rather than making your customers feel at ease and comfortable. In the end I stopped going after day 1. Oh and today I got a text message again from Ms Sanaa asking if she can set up an appointment for a membership. When I didn’t reply immediately because I was busy working, she called me again!! Needless to say I ended up signing a membership with another gym.

First actual gym experience. Make sure that it's not just a sale, a contract being signed- Customer retention is important too. Not sharing any reasons here. On an ending note- I never got an entry/locker card. Thanks made me feel real special : )

I always tell my friends this is one of the best gym I’ve ever joined because it’s so clean literally ALL THE TIME and the staff there are just so helpful with any and everything. ? Especially during MCO (when gyms were open), the SOPs were so well adhered by the gym which made me feel so safe to work out. Sanitizer sprays everywhere and social distancing. You can really feel that they take hygiene, cleanliness of their environment and especially the safely of their customers really seriously which is very reassuring for me as a customer. Kudos, Peak Team!

Joined since Day 1 of the gym opening, initially staff service was really good, all smiles. But as the years progressed, the coach turnover rate became really high, some of the staff at the counter also became ruder and less professional, equipments look withered/broken, not forgetting the fact that sales assistants are also outright disrespectful towards their potential clients. Sincerely hope that changes would be made, since this gym is rather comfortable to workout in, all these issues aside. P.S: If you are looking to sign up, look for Ben if you looking for a properly detailed package explanation to you.

Great gym with a large open area which is fantastic considering the current Covid-19 climate we currently live under. Never over crowded. The treadmills have an exceptional view over the Penang reclaimed land and entrance to the Penang harbour. Plenty of equipment. The staff are friendly and the gym is kept clean all the time.
