★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 supermarkets in 1 place. C-Mart, Mr DIY, eco-shop (RM2.10 Shop) and 7-Eleven.
There have Poslaju, Subway, Fairy Bread & Cake, and Restoran Nasi Kandar Yasmeen.
I would say not the place for "lepak kaki" although not is not the time, but majority people come here just do their business around 15 to 45 minutes shopping and go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located directly in the middle of the new housing area of Bandar Tasik Mutiara/Pearl City. A very good shopping place, not much crowded and not many shops are open as the area is still coming up. Has a supermarket(C-Mart), 7-Eleven, Mr. DIY and many cafes and restaurants. There are ample parkings, you can either park inside the building or outside. Sometimes, they have fun fairs or events in front of the open parking area.
