★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direction is wrong, misguiding for first-time goers. After you found Masjid Al-Firdaus on your right, ignore Google Maps and proceed straight till you find black wooden signboard saying Pejabat Agama Islam (go straight). Proceed straight.
Trying to reach PAID for directions is useless too. Also, hopefully PAID can also learn to pick up calls :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clerk was so rude. In islam, we not taught for being rude to other muslims. Working in pejabat agama islam, but the attitude haih. He told me “kita dibawah kawalan sultan selangor, kalau awak ada kenalan dekat sana, boleh tanya diorang bila walkin akan dibuka atau onling appointment akan dibuka” while I asked nicely. And the end of conversation, he asked me to ask the ‘SECURITY’ are we allowed to walk in or not. I SWEAR I ASKED NICELY BECAUSE I KNOW NOTHING REGARDING THIS. So disappointed with the service.

Parking space: spacious
Counter service: come early to avoid crowds because still use ticketing system.but so far the process for the marriage approval (kebenaran nikah) is fast plus dedicated staff is willing to help and guide.??
