★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Saturday and it is stated that the office will be open until 5 pm today. End up arriving only to be told it is closed on weekends. The guard mention that i was not the first person to arrive there. Many others who attempted to come here ended up being disappointed as false information was being advertised in Google. Please change the time and day of the outlets operation hour, to avoid many dissatisfaction and frustration.

Recommended if you want to settle MBPJ affairs quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was easy to find (near KK Kota Damansara), parking can be done along the opposite shop lots or available (but limited) spaces in front of the building.
Staffs were helpful and made sure to guide us on what to do. I believe this improves the efficiency of getting things done ✅
