β β β β β CIDB system is very poorly designed, especially the payment getaway. Made payment for green card but website states payment failed when fpx & my bank statement already shows that the money has been deducted, I had to make 2nd payment then only website shows payment success and gave me my receipt. Hence i lodge a refund request with all the supporting proof and they replied after one week asking me to post them documents with company letter etc lol I just want to refund RM35 and they asking me to send in so many documents, means i need to pay poslaju lagi zzz Also, it's been more than 2 weeks and my green card is not shipped yet, top la efficiency ni.

β β β β β very poor service. i call many times. never pick up. also, i had went to office cidb, about the status payment that not appear in web. She said technical problem but not resolved until now.

Sorry to say this, but really poor services. I've tried to call 6 times this day.
And after reached the customer service, the female (Malay) who ever she was, spoke very rudely to me. All i want to ask, just how long the time taken to get my new cidb card and how i will get inform/notice when the card arrived in Penang branch since this is my 1st time register this card.
Very bad attitude and manner. Thanks Very Much.

β β β β β If there is zero star, this is what it deserves. Email on but received auto reply said ticket lodged will reply in 2 days. By the end of 3rd day, no response at all. Called many times no one picked up the call. Is this department functioning?

β β β β β service is ok but they took very long to pickup the call and once I told the operator who i was looking for, AGAIN i have to wait for another few minutes to the extent the call got cut off.
