Finally entered the correct level of the building, was told system down by the security guard at the counter who helped to collect my appeal letter. Had no idea why a security guard have to do that.
Got back my copy of the letter with acknowledgement of receipt. No officers to attend to. No specific answer on how long to wait for the "system down issue". Never met the person who handle the matter. No idea who handles the matter. No information given on the issue and when it would be solved.
Waited for an hour. Was told to come back the next day to try again. Most replies after requesting for a direction was "macam mana..", "boleh buat pe..system down ni.."
I work on the island, it is not convenient to come here anytime any day I want.
I ended up waiting for over an hour, headed back and expect to come back for a second (hopefully not a third) time to sort things out.
Typical of government sector's service and response.
