★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there around 1:30PM but their lunch hour is 1PM - 2 PM. Asked the desk person about the application for OKU card but they told me only can submit from 8:30AM to 12:30PM. Then what’s the point of you opening from morning to 5PM, if the form can only be submitted in the morning till afternoon? You guys no need to work is it? We don’t need to work is it? They don’t answer the calls, they don’t reply to email. Then you expect people to go there, waste their time and come back again the next time? What’s the use putting the email address and telephone number if you guys are not gonna answer them?
