β β β β β Never pick up a call. Once call can get through the line but no one pick up. 2nd time call line not connected and try 3 4 5 times still same. During this pandemic time, please pick up a call for us to talk to cs for any urgent matter. We know we have to do an appointment. We want to get confirmation before we do an appointment or walk in directly to your office

β β β β β Came here to replace my 25yo aged IC. Booked appointment 3 weeks before visit in accordance to RMCO SOP. It surprised me with friendly public servants! Awesome service and patient to guide the visitors for right process! They greeted you terima kasih when you leave. This is the progressive and civil Malaysia we all Malaysian love to see. To nit-pick, the only drawback is the new IC only ready 2pm. My appointment was 10am. But what is the fuss when you know you would be greeted with friendly and productive Malaysian :)

β β β β β I waited 1 hour 20 mins for my turn to get served and then waited another 1 hour 15 mins just to be told my birth certificate is not ready .This lady should know earlier whether they have my birth cert.or not and let me know ,so as not to keep me waiting.

β β β β β JPN Klang very efficient. Dari guard to rela to the staff itsef very helpful and soft spoken. Process pun cepat. Around 1 hour je dah boleh dapat sijil mati. Iβm sure itβs around that period as well for other services. And tips , if dtg walk-in pagi then better datang before 8am as they only accept 40 ppl for morning session and 40ppl for afternoon session. If not buat lah appointment but 2 months prior lah sbb always full.

β β β β β Q start at 130pm. 2pm start giving number, priority to senior citizen and disabled people. Number called at 3pm. 315pm completed process. Need to come another day to collect birth cert. ?
Tried online registration earlier but only can use Firefox browser. Should push for more online processing. Save time for everyone. Rela and guard really good in managing the crowd.

β β β β β During this period of MCO & EMCO, the department of Perkahwinan & Perceraian is closed that means you guys can't come for marriage or divorce application even you already have online appointments.
**Now the operation resume back to normal after fasa 3. Again reminder that please make an appointment through online to avoid unnecessary long long long queue.(Or you may come early morning before 7.40am ?)

Check in at counter 1 to get guidance, queue number and applicable forms.
Sadly the number of customers present made Covid-19 protocols impossible to be followed. So, it's up to customers to comply as best we can.
Ample open-air car parking.
