β β β β β sangat sangat sukar untuk dihubungi. talian sentiasa sibuk. bila dapat ditembusi, tiada yang menjawab panggilan pulak. selalunya terpaksa bawa warga emas ke pejabat JKM Timur Laut sendiri utk sebarang masalah yang timbul kerana panggilan telefon tak pernah berjawab, menyedihkan.
 very very difficult to contact. the line is always busy. when it can be penetrated, no one answers the call pulak. often had to bring senior citizens to the North East JKM office itself for any problems that arise because the phone call never answered, sad.
