Would give them 0 stars if possible. This review is about their representation as the Covid19 Assessment Center (CAC) for Hulu Langat district. TLDR: Difficult to contact them and wrongly advertised opening CAC times. On the official info guide (shared by CAC staff) and from the banner outside the Dewan Komuniti Taman Kajang Utama, it is mentioned that this CAC is contactable via WhatsApp only. Even after visiting them, same WhatsApp number was given to contact if there is any non-emergency issue. Yet, they take 1 full day just to respond at my simple question on what time do they open. Understandably that they may be overwhelmed with covid19 cases, but if they explicitly mentioned that they can only be contactable by WhatsApp and not by any other means (you can see other reviews stating they don't even pick up calls); try to answer the question within the same day, if not at least give a response/update that will get back within a certain time frame if they don't know the answer. Bonus information: Their official opening times as CAC is wrongly advertised. Instead of 8am-4pm, but from my understanding, it's from 9am-11am & 2pm-3.30pm. However, best to contact them before visiting. Also, try to ask in advance since they take 1 full day to answer a simple question.

Their staff (not sure from KKM/PKD) contacted to ask if can volunteer. The way the staff speaks is very rude, phone line was not clear and she speaks very fast and gets impatient. no clear instructions are given (ie: volunteer period, location, things to note). Volunteer period no flexibility as well. Sorry to say but if this is the impression given no one would want to volunteer at here given to such environment.

Hi, I very much agree with all the bad reviews here. The Hulu Langat Batu 14 were total chaotic. The staff were very rude. I brought my 12 year old daughter for her 2nd swab test after 14 days of home quarantine and we were treated as though we were criminals. We were being passed from one person to another ad they did not have the information of my daughter. Understand we are going through hardship right now but no need to be harsh.
