★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 18th Nov2020 I went to Perak road klinik for my check up( appointment). My appointment is supposed to be morning buy I did rung up one week ago to the klinik. The phone I called was as printed in my card. The person who answered my call told me that I can go in the afternoon the same day but I can't simply go whatever day I wished. So I went in the afternoon. At the reception I was told by a staff that I can't see the doctor since my appointment is morning She then give me a new appointment. The patient behind me is a lady with red hand band. The staff then raised her voice at the old lady that she shouldn't come out but the lady said today is her appointment day n she run short of medicine. The staff make her sit at a separate corner. Then a doctor came and said that the lady will be charged Rm 1k if she moves freely. The old lady gave the same answer that is her appointment date and she is running short of medicine. So in this case what should the poor lady do??? I didn't wait to see actually how the staff handled the case. Can the authority of the PKD Timur last take proper action instead of blaming the poor lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management. I was asked to quarantine almost one month while I am only close contact not positive case. Management very bad and lack of communication in handling covid case. Had to reject 3 job interview because quarantine. Then, when request to finish quarantine they ask to extend the interview. Poor management, very poor. I wish to rate 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been there. I just called them regarding my PCR status. But nobody attended to my call. I called both the numbers mentioned the letter given to me on the day I had the pink wristband. What is the purpose of giving us the contact numbers if there is no one to attend?
