★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very helpful and really committed to their works! They have shown the greatest customer service example for government sector of which this shall be the icon to other gov agencies in serving the rakyat. Undoubtedly, in the event of such this struggling and hard times to restart again our economy, we welcome and strongly agreed for EPF to grant a one-off RM10k withdrawals to make this effort become a realistic and happen before it is too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has both Senior & OKU parkïng lots in front of office, ramps for wheeĺchairs to get into office proper. Offïce hours 8-am - 5pm, Sun to Thurs. Peak hours - mid mornings. Has 2 self service machines for EPF statements, operating via ÏC & Thumb print. Counter services availabĺe for personal needs viz housing loans, medical withdrawals, employers/yees inquiries. Personal help aĺways nearby
