★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the reviews and came here with my mum to open our online account and submit our nomination form. We reached around 1pm, and there’s less crowd, maybe due to lunchtime or prayers time?
A big shoutout to the staff there! The staff was wonderful! They were so helpful and friendly. There was a time that I have to settle some task on the other counter, and my mum have to handle hers at the other counter. Luckily my mum got a super kind staff to help out with the tech and patiently explaining to her what to do next.
I would say I won’t be worried at all if my mum wanted to come alone, because of the excellent and professional staff there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please book appointment via KWSP website (except if you wanna use just the machine kiosk service). Very good crowd control, security will check your Mysj status before letting you in. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Thumbs up to the team.
