★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My unpleasant experience with the poor attitude of a female staff in guiding new customer like me:
Me: Hi! I would like to send parcel to Ipoh and Sabah.
Lady: You want to do the delivery now?
Me: Yes.
Lady: Have you filled in the forms?
Me: I don't have any form with me.
Lady: You can get your forms here (pointed to the corner). (Raised her voice and with impatience expression on her face) Can you bring your parcels over here?
(Customers on site turned their heads toward me)
Me: Oh alright (and I moved both large boxes, which is half my size, to the top of the counter and it is obviously too small for both boxes)
I do agreed they are fast and efficient, but i don't dare to go through such unpleasant experience anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week my wife went there to get her transaction money. She filled the form but she forgot to write her occupation. The counter's was so rude with her, she crossed the form and tell fill another one. What a bad service! Sad ? to see such attitude in a country you love it so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE counter lady. Now everyone can work for poslaju at the counter eh. I tot the front line will be given customer service training. Early morning already spoil people mood. You put that harsh-spoken lady in front of the line. No manner and ethics. Great job. I WON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN. Wasted my whole week just to return a parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is fast. Take a number and read whatever info you need before proceed to do your errands. If you want to send parcels or money or etcs pls filled up forms. If in doubt ask a person in charge. I used to have negative first impressions for others bad experience from the reviews. But I don’t believe in that anymore. As a customer and another human being, greet the staffs and officer with a smile and nice greetings. They did not know your worries, or You are a first timers and cannot predict what’s on your mind. Just stay calm, read around and ask politely. Usually the process is smooth and people treat you well. The staffs here was busy when I was there, no friendly expressions. I understood they are so focus and in their deep elements. But, just greet them nicely and talked nicely it changes their mood. I was happy she became happy and my work was done within minutes.

There’s a review down there saying the place is permanent closed. It’s incorrect. The place is still operating and is closed on the third Saturday of each month.
