★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on two occasions this branch of pos laju was unable to deliver.. according to them no one was home, apparently my brother and I were "no one".
upon calling them, they said they tried to deliver and rang the door bell to no avail, and upon me inquiring the security at my condominium, there was no pos laju delivery that came to my block or even entered into the lobby to make deliver and ring any door bell..
if there was an option to give no stars, I would definitely give them that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not well trained in terms of customer service. Service is below satisfaction. Package collected at the counter but damaged box due to handling. I hope the management will look into this matter and rectify the problem right away.
