★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i very disappointed for the service provided. really weird y they wrote the reason "office closed". my address is in the shopping mall, saturday open till 11pm, they can simply wrote office closed n nt send the goods. this is what they do, the worst courier company in malaysia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst courier company. I order the product from lazada. I saw this note left at my house. Please call back. I call every number available, even the Pelangi centre. Nobody pick up the phone & WhatsApp also nobody bother to read my note. Sick company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad courier service johor bahru. specially cooperate with lazada website. i'm a lazada seller. start from 2/5/17 i send out my parcel. until today 10/5/17, parcel also not yet send to my customer there. call and call, never answer. call to lazada courier service in charge person, they jz send me contact number driver and ask me contact myself. call hundred time they never answer. What is the working attitude, ini panggil kerja kah ? i know u all got many parcel need to send out, but one week plus also can't send out. parcel in driver car, if at skynet office, we still can collect ownself. put in car for what ??? very very bad working style. Public Holiday and weekend delay, i can accept la, but deduct public holiday and weekend, 7days ago also can't send out. Kerja macam ini mana boleh improve ??? Please take note this message and hope can improve.
