★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well everything is ok here. Friendly staff ...ample seatings (usually). The only downside is whenever I missed a Pos Laju delivery postage sent to home. I need to go all the way to JB Pos Laju office in Jalan Bakti (quiet a distance) just to collect it and then go back home again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest post office I ever encounter, there's no que but waiting for "Kiriman Wang" taking more than half an hour & staff a very fussy. Worst part no card will be accepted; please la put out a notice at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenience for counter business. Standard for any POS outlet. Counter have 5, open only 2. Took time to settle any kind of business here. Renewal of road tax and insurance could be made here. Sometime this pos outlet too crowd of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post Office in a small shop lot. Although this location and size of the place would have been ideal a decade or 2 decades ago, it's no more capable of handling high number of residents living in Perling area and the surrounding places. There's not enough parking available too as most of the parking lots occupied by people visiting shops and shop owners along the road. I suggest this post office to be moved to a more larger space area to give comfort to customers as well as the staff.
