★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get to Jaya grocer actually. And stumbled upon a wonderful coffee ☕ place, and a eatery named Bonjour Garden.
Convenient to park. It's closer to the main door, hance it makes it a little easier. Choices are quite good, even though I couldn't get a certain items, which are OK.
Pretty close to where I live, that makes it easier too. Moreover, with the new CMCO in place, I think it's a good thing to try to stay off the malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who am i to judge? Its a community mall struggling to stay afloat. Anchor tenants like BIG (Bens Independent Grocers) closing down. Malls seems bought over by cash rich Samanea and to be converted into a full fledge home-living furniture mall. Hardly picking up traction with all. I suppose the onli patrons footfalls comes from the the coworking spaces at lvl 3a. And patrons coming for lunch at the eateries at the lower ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mall with so much potential, next to MRT station. Unfortunately tenancy is so low. More should be done to attract tenants. Good place for grocery shopping at Jaya Grocer - redeem free premium parking with RM50 spending. Turkish restaurant here is good too.
Developers should maximize existing buildings instead of building new ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empty mall. I guess there are too many malls nearby so the competition is really strong. Management really need to do something about it. Such a waste. It’s a good location accessible by MRT TTDI station with lots of population.
Now only left with coox and cookhouse.
