★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The doctor is very nice. Every problem is discussed with pet owners concisely.
2. The doctor doesnt operate the clinic only for the money, but because she is a real animal lover. She also rescues animals.
3. The medications are working and chosen appropriately and i would rate the charges as the cheapest in Johor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My big dog suffered serious injuries and we could not bring him to the vet as he was unable to walk and we wanted to reduce his stress. We took pictures and went to see the vet here, the doctor provided us antibiotic but no painkillers. The doctor even suggested she can provide house call. We went back to see the doctor the next day as he was still in pain, however she did not come out to speak to us personally, could not even spare 1 or 2 minutes, instead sent out her chinese assistant lady who acted like a doctor. The assistant insisted us to give our dog a few more days of antibiotic and asked us to wait. However our dog was in pain and we did not want to wait any longer, and requested for a house call too.But the doctor was too "busy" for us and denied our request, totally different from she what she said on the first day. Our poor dog died the next day and we are very heartbroken by this. Very disappointed with the doctor and staffs attitude, thieir lack of sense of urgency. I would not recommend this clinic if your pet is in serious condition and need urgent treatment.Totally unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually leave bad reviews but this clinic is VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Took my dog there and they sent out their assistant in scrubs to attend to my dog in the waiting area. She simply wiped my dog's wound with a tissue, concluded it as an infection, prescribed us 3 types of meds for RM75 and that's it. I didn't know the person was just an assistant after my friend told me. After 1 week of meds, the wound got worse, took my dog to another vet and turned out it's something way more severe. The wasted time could've been used for proper treatment. I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN. Please help your animals by taking them somewhere else. There are way better vets in JB that are worth the distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat was fine, but when she came back from a trip to the vet, she didn't get better, but deteriorated and died. If I hadn't chosen this vet, she might still be with me now! The vet didn't return calls or give first aid, and when I asked about my cat, they ignored my cat before it was too late! They totally ignored it, so if you choose this veterinarian, you have to take a risk. If you love your pet, please choose carefully!
