★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no problem with the Malay vet, very friendly and gave a lot of information on my dog's first vaccination. However I'm not satisfied with the Chinese counter staff who was not attentive enough during my second visit. Could be better if she could initiate and give me some information instead of just answering with doubt to all my questions.

Really happy staff with wearing cat mask and will revisit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why their staffs who works at frontline always have communication problem ? They don’t suggest a good food for the pets expecting we just choose smthg and walk out from the store. Still giving a 4 star because their doctor is good and very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited here for my pet surgery, the malay dr super friendly and given alot of information regarding the surgery. Highly recommend the dr . Will give 5 star for the dr. But the staff here are so rude. When ask some questions always end up with I don't knw answer. The Indian girl there was dr assistant if I'm not mistaken bcz she was wearing a blue scrub. Zero knowledge on pet and so blur and she was on hp when I'm asking her questions. No respect at all. We are not coming there and see dr for free. Respect us and our pet.
