★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read over the reviews before I decided to post mine. Everyone is saying that it's quiet, THAT'S BECAUSE MORE THAN 50% OF THE APARTMENTS ARE EMPTY!!! How can anyone expect noise if there is hardly anyone living there? If u do not get a unit with built in air conditioning it is literally like an OVEN inside and u would have to purchase your own A.C unit and refrigerator as well. The location is O.K for some, but it seemed a bit far from civilization for me. On the up side these apartments are gated and u must use a card to get in.
