★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hani is very good with animals and she is really takes care of them well. I got my Alusky from Hani and my Alusky is such a beautiful baby. Hani is always there to give advise if there are any issues I face with my Luna. Whenever I need to go outstation i will leave Luna with her and she provides excellent services and care in taking care of my Luna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and neat. I think my cat did have a comfortable stay in the air cond living room. The Pishorina owner is responsible, thoughtful and quick to act. I knew.. my cat was in good hands. Thank you for being kind and nice to my cat, appreciate it much. ❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hani does a great job of looking after our dog. She is very reliable and uses great judgement. Our dog was sick during one visit and she managed the issue and took him to the vet. It was good to know he was in good hands.
He becomes one of the family during his visits and we get a video as check in daily to find out how he is doing.
I would recommend Hani to anyone looking for excellent boarding services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found my soulmate in a cat named Timu that stood by me for 2 years and during the pandemic. Just the two of us during lockdown and all, as I came to the country alone. Timu was a very special one. He was very clingy, aggressive, wild yet cuddly and the list goes on. Due to the pandemic, I had to leave Malaysia and go back home. All was so sudden and I rushed in getting him an adoptive parent (owner). Few days prior to my departure, I got news that the new owner gave up cause Timu was WILD (fyi his past owner also gave him to me cause Timu stressed out his other cat). He attacks those around him like crazy. I then googled for the nearest cat hostel to keep him there until I settle things and found Pishorina. For months Hanie the caretaker and owner of Pishorina gave Timu special isolation treatment and slowly let him adapt to surrounding, allowed a video call with me for Timu to fall asleep and lots of other understanding services. For months I saved money trying to bring Timu to my country but obstacles keep coming. Hanie understood well that it was near impossible bringing Timu to my country. Despite how bad Timu had injured Hanie for a few times and all the struggle in taking care of Timu, Hanie gave in and decided to adopt Timu. It turns out Timu had fallen in love with Hanie's cat (Lily). Hanie had such a big heart to accept Timu despite other people gave up on him. Now Timu and Lily have cute kittens. I never imagined this scenario would have been possible. I truly dearly miss Timu a lot but I am also thankful to Hanie for being his next forever home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents left our fur baby Beeju with Hani for a couple of days and she is by far one of the best pet sitters we've ever had. He was well looked after and she spent some quality time with him everyday which is so important as he often gets distressed when my parents are not with him. He was so comfortable and attached to Hani which was such a relief for us and it was really nice looking at Hani treating him with so much love and affection. We also got really cute video updates which was a bonus; we love that!!

She also takes very good care of my cats, it's the first hotel they go to that they don't come back looking stressed. Really recommended and I will definitely come back to board my cats here in the future if need be ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner basically turned her bungalow into a pet boarding center. It is spacious and it has air conditioner. I boarded my dog and she had a blast although she is not used to be away but they ensure my pet is right at home. Will definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting my grandparents' house for the weekend then my cat accidentally got a fly trap stuck on his belly. I immediately booked a grooming session here and he was washed thoroughly and slightly shaved. The owner even gave my cat treats while shaving to make sure he is comfortable. His belly is no longer sticky now!
