Quite safe at night with surrounding environment still brightly lit. However, the condition of the library is slowly deteriorating. For phase 1 building, Toilet is not as clean as before, where it smells after a long day. Plug points that's broken and not repaired despite sticking with masking tape of written words "rosak". For phase 2, AC that's keep dripping onto the study desk and lounge sofas. Believe a lot of maintainance work needed to be in place. But overall, still a cosy environment to do study and focus.

Today's activity reminds me of Tun Abdul Razak Library which is near to my secondary school, St Michael's Institution Ipoh. First time entering this library makes me feels goosebumps as you can see the interior design of this library is more minimalist & contemporary compared to others in Malaysia. I can conclude that this library is more friendly especially to the youngsters & urban age. Even though i didn't bring any books but for sure i will come here everyday if this library exists during my childhood times haha. So Penangites im calling you guys to be here & enjoy all the facilities, be among those who loves books & spark your life with not-ending knowledge

Plenty of car parks available however still quite full in peak hours. Ground floor space are limited as have to share with Love a Loaf. But you want to have some quick bite and a nice coffee, then it is the place. First floor have plenty of space for studies for individual and pairs. There is a discussion room with smart TV available for rent to use. Capacity should be around 15 pax. 1 Toilets for male and 2 for female. Quite insufficient especially during peak hours.

A really nice conducive, air-conditioned, quiet and clean place to study. Seating places might be limited if you go on peak hours but it's still okay, you can always share a table with others. Plenty of power sockets and there's a small cafe below. Plenty of parking spaces and clean toilets. There's free wifi too and it's quite fast, doesn't lag at all even at peak hours. There's no physical books here to read, it's just a place for students to gather and discuss and do their assignments. It's open 24hrs too and there's also a 24hrs KFC conveniently located opposite of it when you're hungry in the middle of the night.

Very new digital library in Penang.bgreat for meeting, students who need to do project, digital eBook on pad provided, love a loaf cafe in available for coffee tea and confectionery too, free Wi-Fi good speed consider even when peak hour. Great clean toilet. Only one issue car park is not enough when day time and peak hour. Great job. Great places to hang out for sure.

Nice ambient, good environment for reading and self study. The environment is spacious. Aircond is cool. Phase 2 is great, plenty of reading space. Got playroom for kids. Toilet is clean. The only drawback is limited parking space.

Poor customer service. Never update users regarding the reservation which is required one day in advance. Walk in customer is not allowed to use the digital library even though the reservation on that day is not full.

It was okay before covid, operational hours are not friendly anymore more like a type of library with office hours. Have been here since it's opening in 2016 if I'm not mistaken, almost daily from 2016 to 2019. New SOPs are going to be implemented from 1st of April. Hope it goes back to being normal. Early reservations are really bothersome. For the good part, really good environment, the ambience is great for working on things.
