★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay before covid, operational hours are not friendly anymore more like a type of library with office hours. Have been here since it's opening in 2016 if I'm not mistaken, almost daily from 2016 to 2019. New SOPs are going to be implemented from 1st of April. Hope it goes back to being normal. Early reservations are really bothersome.
For the good part, really good environment, the ambience is great for working on things. There's sufficient place for alot of people to fit in the library. Comfortable sitting areas. Having a bakery beside the library makes it easy to grab snacks and meals and save our time while working. WiFi was good before and I think is still okay now. Staffs are approachable and professional.
Suggest to increase parking space as after new SOPs are implemented people are going to be back to their favourite spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I could. Security guard is EXTREMELY disrespectful and no manners. Can’t communicate with people properly, always say you want to argue with him.
And also the dress code, “respectful clothing” must be worn by girls and girls would be strictly checked according to it. However, boys can violate the dress code and still get in. EXTREME GENDER INEQUALITY. Security guard should be fired.
Despite these, the environment is really nice. Should come early if not places will be full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cozy environment... It's a great place to go for study, attending webinar... Just bring along your earphone and it's a perfect place. Just that the road heading to it is a bit confusing and there are bad driver's antique of parking at the roadside. It's already a small road and there's ample parking slot available. Please park properly.
