★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than adequate.. airports are under federal government control.. enough said. Long check in lines because automated check-in machine is broken. Air Asia does not use aerobridge despite it raining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hate departure of air asia... always need to use staircase to enter the flight. Not elderly friendly. Useless air asia baggage dropage already long que. Fine I still can accept because 5 min before boarding time they still prioritise. But what's the need u put this student kind checklist before immigration clearance????? No airline doing it. By the time of boarding I'm still queuing here. I understand intention is to count passanger then what is the purpose of check in??? Please help to improve either one since you guys are blocking the whole boarding process with 2 irrelevant que

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love travelling. Airport is clean and still busy. ? Not much shops inside after boarding (understood bc of covid). This airport helps us to connect to outside world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated with multi storey parking ... The building design is great and inside has all the necessary facilities .. it is also maintained well .. taxis, and grab are always easily available ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOOD LOCATION . VERY NEAR TO CITY CENTRE. CUSTOMS CHECKINGS ALL FINE. WASHROOMS VERY CLEAN. CHOICES OF SHOPPING AND FOR EATERIES OKAY. NOT VERY BUSY LIKE KLIA BUT CAN SEE QUITE A NUMBER OF OVERSEAS FLIGHTS ALSO.
CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY GOOD. IF YOU TAKING E-HAILING NEED TO PROCEED TO SECOND FLOOR. CAN USE GRAB, AIR ASIA RIDE AND IN- DRIVER UPON ARRIVAL. MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION, DON'T RENT CAR JUST USE E-HAILING, WHICH IS MORE CHEAPER AND BETTER.
SIGNS AT AIRPORT IS VERY HELPFUL AND REALLY GUIDING NEW BIES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean airport. Not that far from georgetown. Nothing much to shop and eat. Mcd closed down after MCO. Tealive and starbucks still operate in departure hall. Ban heang is available at both departure and arrival hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airport is now back to normal activities after 2yrs of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. Crowd still not as resume back as before pandemic period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the airport is quite clean and well kept. The only issue is the lack food and beverages outlet here, and the one that is available closes too early or too crowded.
Also to add vending machines outside the airport and also more lighting at the bus
stops near arrival gates.
Heads up if you are planning to go to the Mainland using e-hailing, just not that it is very hard to get as no drivers want to take the job, take a taxi or get some one to pick up, I myself waited for 6 hours with no drivers even when the fare price went till rm100++.
