β β β β β Pei Hong is a beacon of light in a dark, grey sea.... a breath of fresh air....seriously, dealing with a real estate agent can, more often than not, be a very frustrating experience....not so with Pei Hong, he is super professional, attentive, super efficient....we would wish that all agents were like him.
He listened to what we were looking for and found us a property that was PERFECT for our needs.

β β β β β Serena & Pei Hong have been amazing... over the time they took to find us a buyer for our property, they became friends as well. It was an uphill road, but they walked it with us, kept our spirits up and just kept going until finally, our beachfront condo now has a nice new owner we know will love the place the way we did. :) Despite challenges during the lockdown, they prioritized our property, helped us handle prospective buyers and liased with my mother seamlessly despite her mobility issues. Signed for our dream condo (plushly furnished and at an extremely reasonable rate) within two days. Moved in within the week.
