β β β β β A pleasure to live here. Close to Town with many restaurants and amenities nearby. Right on the beach and apartments are large (6300SF), spacious and open.

β β β β β Hi end low density Condominium. Units are 6300 sq feet . The condo sits right on the beach with unobstructed views of the sea. Thus condo only has 47 units and is mainly occupied by couples and mature families. Not ideal for young children

β β β β β Each floor having 2 units of house only. Which makes them very big. View from balcony direct to sea view. Go down to lobby will give you direct access to beach for you walk or relax activities. Very peaceful and secure place.
