The price is a little high now. Understandably cost of things have gone up and will go higher up in time to come. Still long queues there at times. Cendol is great during hot weather. Popular as usual with many outstation visitors. A must try place.

A must eat every time we come to penang. Come for the laksa, stay for the rude foreign workers. Recommended.

The chendol taste just normal, too much shaved ice. Go for ice kacang better

This sad bowl of slightly warm and watery cendul is the so called famous teochew chendul... Its just so ridiculous and disappointing... At least the rojak isn't bad.

One of the many street food eating places you can find on the island. Use to be tasty and nice but has lost out on flavour. Now its more of a tourist joint, locals has since shy away mainly due to the inferior quality and the pricing. It has become too commercialize that the originality is gone. If friends asked me, I will not bring them here mainly because of hygiene issues. I will not comment or condemned anyone since its one of the more popular eating outlets around. Malays won't patronised this place because of Halal certification, still it managed to pull in the crowd and enjoys swift business year long. Have a go and join in the crowd. Give me a Like if you find this article informative.

Delicious chendol and some say it's the BEST in Malaysia. Great creamy, mouth watering, a thige of purplish mixed in Santan. Super fragrant and thick creamy taste of chendol. We tried laksa, chendol with ice-cream and otakΒ². All are delicious, tasty, mouth watering snacks that we adore. Good for tea break, hot days and just simply pampering oneself.

This is the place for an afternoon snack if you want to get a taste of Malaysia, especially Penang. The chendul is the best on the island but try the Rojak, local fruit salad top with shrimp paste and nuts. Price wise, perhaps a bit higher than other street food stalls but worth it. There may be long queue or full house during peak tour season but the service is pretty fast.

Had Curry Chicken Chee Cheong Fun which was MYR 5.50 in 2019 but is now MYR 8.00 (2022). Not worth the quality and portion. All other dishes have gotten a price hike, around 30%, which is very high. Also noticed that pricing of chendol is more than its Penang Road stall. There are many options in Penang for delicious, fairly priced street food, and this shop isn’t one of them.
