★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd April 2022. 18.20. Farlim supermarket (upstairs). Rude foreign guard stopped me from entering the supermarket with the paper box they have put outside. Mr Wong, whatever new policies you have, please TRAIN your people HOW TO SPEAK! Customers go to your place for shopping and NOT for getting scold for weird reasons!! Of course, mine isn't the first case. Obviously, they don't even bother on customers' feedback. That's all from my support. No more Sunshine. Of course, including your property projects too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunshine Farlim shopping centre is a popular destination for the local Penangites particularly those residing within the Ayer Itam District.
Shopping facilities ranging from departmental, supermarket grocery and specialty store with several wellness focus retail eg. pharmacies, optician, beauty care products, bank atms and a number of eatery outlet serving local dish. Parking are spread out along the building perimeter at the street level, during festive and weekends can be a challenge. Overall, Sunshine farlim caters to your everyday essentials and offers some convenience shopping if one not over emphasise on big internatuonal brand line up. Decent place with affordable shopping offerings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I don't feel like given even a single star, this shopping mall is getting from bad to worst. They way of the organising stuff was so messy and no price tag for most of the product. And the worst experience was the price tag scan at the barcode checker was totally different during at the check out area. As a customer, totally feel disappointed and if I got a choice definitely won't visit here again.
