★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The previous terminal building used to have a lot of eateries. But this temporary site, you really need to have proper meal elsewhere, before arriving to board the bus. Toilets & ticketing booths are available at the far end of the terminus. parking facilities is available, but at times insufficient, especially at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Everything is there just like a mini mall. complete. One stop center for bus, train and ferry, just nearby. For bus, it only have a few ticket counters and bus platforms , not as much as TBS. But everything is just nice for this Penang sentral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find your bus..so spacious waiting area but not enough sitting area..have few stall sell food or drinks..need to go inside the building to go to the toilet..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new and veery modern bus terminal. Very clean place with new amenities. All out of state express buses will probably stop by in this terminal before heading to Penang island. The ferry terminal building is connected on the first floor which makes it very convenient for travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alot of section still in construction, the mall is not fully open but there is alot of food & beverage store opened such as starbucks and 4finger. Nice place to hang out which able to see the ferry and sunset. This new penang sentral work as ferry and bus terminal, totally an upgrade compare to previous. Beware on the parking area as the place will be quite narrow. Hope this place will become popular place of penang mainland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penang Sentral now connects the Penang ferries directly to the KTMB Butterworth train station (a slight walk while the shelters are being upgraded properly). Nice transit station with plenty of shops and restaurants to grab a bite but the KTMB station does not have proper directional signages yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connected with ferry terminal, Butterworth KTM station, Rapid Penang(Local Bus), inter city buses and Taxi stand. Neat, clean and well maintained. Food court and shops are available, also ATM's. Customers support in level 2 very helpful for passengers.
