★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semua makanan sihat-sihat...kurang minyak dan garam...setengah masakan dimasak menggunakan mesin rational ovan(kalau xtau..pi jenguk food court ikea)...sapa nak diet tu boleh la try order..ada lunch dan dinner....1set tu ada semua dlm piramid makanan....hari² aku makan masakan depa...kalau nak...roger ja dorang atau fb depa "Penang Tiffin"
All food is healthy ... less oil and salt ... half the dishes are cooked using the ovan ration machine (if xtau..pi jenguk food court ikea) ... anyone who wants to eat can try it..with lunch and dinner .... that was all in the food pyramid .... the day I ate my cooking ... if I wanted to ... roger ja dorang or fb "Penang Tiffin"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for sending homely and healthy meals to work for me. Asked for a vegetarian option of their menu and their staff is super friendly and super helpful in catering to my adjustments. Very eco friendly as well, just pass them your lunchboxes and skip using plastic takeaway boxes. ?
