β β β β β Worst driver through experience, 28/10/2021 around 8.20pm, reach drive through kiosk, scanning menu for not even 10 second (behind me got only one car) and I was being asked to go in the premise to order instead as taking too long to decide what to order. If that the case I suggest KFC to remove the menu display at the drive through kiosk. People arrive must straight order. KFC, you are far behind McDonalds, orang buat drive through dia buat drive throughβ¦ tapi buat macam niβ¦ duhh..

β β β β β Dumb manager for real! Waited 30 mins in queue, when reach the counter to order was told that have to wait an hour minimum for the chicken. Couldnt u just told all of us who are in the queue?

β β β β β The service is pretty bad n got to improve further. Reconsider the following if u wish to dine in.
1) the restaurant seems like no air conditioning, pretty hot and sweating taking the KFC lunch here. Location: at ground floor.
2) level 1 dining area not opening for public and a lady staff was sitting n playing her hand phone while checking whether upstairs is open for usage.
3) order original flavor kfc, got the response that no original flavor during lunch time.

β β β β β Easy to drive through. But no cheezy wedges. Please kfc management, do something. You can use other brand of wedges if your current supplier cannot fullfilled your demand, right? Plastic bag has been charges for RM1. Wow, really?
