★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent a scooter from this shop and the service was amazing! Jack was very helpful and friendly, and most of all, a very responsible person. Had a slight problem with our scooter, called him and he attended to it immediately although we were far and at night (he was in town, while we were in Ferringhi). I have no hesitation recommending this shop if you are looking for a place to rent a bike in Penang.
