lack of parking spot. you need to walk for miles to get in.
food stall cleanliness is questionable. entrance and exit gate too far away.
even you had nothing in your hand, you still have to walk through the customs gate to exit. this is nonsense. the security guard needs to have simphaty for young todlers and baby. i wonders what would happen if it rains.

When u visit here Don't forget to buy ice cream baba it's very delicious.

Here many essential household items can be found including steel and aluminium cookwares, dishes, serving trays, dinner sets; bicycles and prams; toys and children's clothings; dried fruits, preserved fruits and dried condiments; fashion items mostly from neighbouring Thailand. Expect throngs of visitors during peak holiday seasons. Space for parking is limited. However you can park near the Customs and Immigrations complex just outside the gates and take a short walk to the shops. For shutterbugs and the insta-famous there is a street arts corner just before the exit gate. Click away. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open around 8am and close around 5.30pm. They are free parking inside the duty free zone area but very limited. Nevertheless, You can always park outside the fence. You can also find hidden gem of mural at the wall of the building. Don't forget to open Your car boot once exit the duty free zone at the custom area. It is up to you to locate the cheapest item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this place because of it price and availability of products. The price is cheap and awesome but bear in mind , the police/kastam will ask for the receipt and charge a tax based on how much you spent. The products are genuine and a lot. I love this place ?.
